Within warranty : Service of the product is done free of cost. Customer has to deliver the product to the nearest point of purchase or deliver to the centralised service center. Kindly provide proof of purchase for warranty terms alongwith the product for repairs.
The service of a product is done for single user of the product provided it has not been tampered, not been misused or damaged. The product has failed under normal wear and tear within an approved period of time.
Limited Lifetime Warranty.

We support the product for its lifetime. Any issues kindly contact us.

All Osaki mini Audio customers can approach us directly and send the product to us for repairs. All repaired products are resent back to the customers with nil charges under warranty terms. Kindly provide the proof of purchase for free warranty applicable.
